Founded in 1959 by Mr. Teddy de Moraes, Química Solubrás began its operations as an importer of specialty additives. Teddy introduced a unique formulation to the Brazilian market: WAXIN 55 SP, a high-performance protective fluid designed to protect export components against corrosion, recognized for its outstanding quality at the time.

In 2010, the company was acquired by Antônio Estevam, who relocated its headquarters to Franco da Rocha, in the state of São Paulo, where efforts were focused on expanding operations, improving services, and enhancing product development. In 2015, following Mr. Antônio’s death and a major fire that severely impacted the company’s facilities, a lengthy restructuring process took place. His son subsequently assumed leadership and strategically transferred the entire operation to Itupeva, São Paulo.

Under this new and forward-thinking management, Química Solubrás has continued to grow and expand its operations through the development of new products, specialized services tailored to customers with specific technical requirements, and the importation of additives for both internal use and distribution.
